摘要：高校体育场馆是体育教学、训练、课余竞赛和开展课外体育活动的必要物质条件，同时体育场馆管理工作也是一项必要任务，加强体育场馆管理工作，有利于提高体育场馆资源的利用率，使体育场馆在发展体育事业的过程中产生更大的效益，发挥更大的作用，目前针对我国高校体育场馆的资源状况、开放情况以及有偿开放现状等的研究较多，而对体育场馆管理工作的研究较少。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和逻辑分析法对XX学院体育场馆管理现状以及体育场馆管理方式进行了调查。分析、探讨XX学院体育场馆管理制度、运行模式、人员分工的具体方法，找出XX学院体育场馆管理过程中存在的问题。结合XX学院体育场馆实际情况，探索新的体育场馆管理方式，充分发挥体育场馆功能与价值，为XX学院体育场馆规范化管理提供科学、可行的建议。

ABSTRACT:Colleges and Universities’ stadium facilities are the necessary material condition to sports teaching, training, competition in athletic contest and developing extra-curricular sports activities, also the management of stadium is a necessary task. To strengthen the management of stadium is good for improving its utilization rate, also it can make stadium facilities more efficiency and functional. At present, there are numerous researches to the situation about resources, opening, and compensation opening of Colleges and Universities’ stadium facilities, but few on the management of stadium facilities. The present survey through the ways of literature, questionnaire, interviewing and logical analyzing to investigate the stadium management also the methods of management in Honghe university. Analyzing and discussing the specific methods to the management system, operation mode, personal division in Honghe university, to find out the problems in the process of management to stadiums. Combining with the real situation of stadiums management, to explore new management ways, make full use of the stadiums. Also it canprovide scientific, feasible suggestions for Honghe university’s stadium standardization management.

高校体育场馆作为体育教学、课外体育活动和体育训练正常进行必不可少的物质条件，是检查、评估、规范学校体育工作的重要内容之一，同时体育场馆管理工作也成为一项重要任务。但长期以来，我国高校体育场馆管理工作一直困绕着体育场馆管理负责人，由于对体育场馆管理工作的重视程度不够，尽管制定了体育场馆管理制度，但执行乏力，导致体育场馆利用率低、使用年限短、缺乏体育场馆配套措施以及专业体育场馆管理人员，给学校开展体育科学研究、体育教学活动以及大众健身活动等一系列问题带来困难，本文针对XX学院体育场馆管理情况进行调查，找出体育场馆管理过程中存在的问题和不足，旨在促进高校体育场馆管理规范化具有积极的现实意义。
