摘要:研究不同有机试剂萃取的牛蒡皮乙醇提取物的抑菌性能,选择最优的进行分离纯化,并对其做相应的鉴定。牛蒡皮乙醇提取物分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,各提取相做抑菌实验,对最优萃取相采用硅胶柱进行分离纯化,采用薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法做相应的鉴定。牛蒡皮的醇、石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇提取物中,牛蒡皮石油醚相和乙酸乙酯相抑菌效果最好,选择石油醚相进行分离纯化后得到11个组分,其具体成分及其结构鉴定有待进一步研究。

Abstract:To study the antibacterial properties of different organic reagent extraction of burdock ethanol extracts, select the optimal separation and purification of the various components of the study after separation made corresponding identification. Burdock skin with petroleum ether extract alcohol respectively, ethyl acetate, n-buoh extraction, extract do antibacterial experiment, the optimal extracts of the silica gel column for purification by thin layer chromatography (TLC) and high performance liquid chromatography made corresponding identification. Burdock leather alcohol, petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol extract, burdock skin petroleum ether and ethyl acetate bacteriostasis best, choose ethyl acetate extract separation and purification get eleven components, Its specific composition and structure identification needs further research.
