摘要:本毕业设计内容为重庆城市管理学院学生宿舍C栋投标文件编制。该工程位于重庆市沙坪坝区虎溪镇大学城，建设单位为重庆城市管理学院，由重庆大学建筑设计研究院设计，施工图纸齐全。本工程采用独立基础，主体工程为砖混+局部框架结构，结构安全等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为六度，工程类别为四类，共五层，楼层高度15.8米，建筑面积2446.69平方米
本毕业设计的内容包括，重庆城市管理学院学生宿舍C栋所有土建和钢筋的软件算量，以及首层土建和钢筋的手工算量。所用到的软件有广联达钢筋算量软件、广联达图像算量软件、广联达计价软件以及天正CAD等；手工算量用到的资料有《平法图集2011》、《透过案例学平法》等。在此次毕业设计中遇到的最大的困难是对土建算量的不熟悉，但是通过查阅相关资料，以及老师的耐心指导和同学的帮助，使我克服困难，同时也使我的毕业设计得以顺利进行。本次毕业设计最大的收获是对钢筋的算量有了一个非常具体的认识，这要得益于在手工算量中遇到的各种问题，伴随着这些问题的一一解决也使我对钢筋的算法有了一个非常清楚的了解。
