摘要:本次毕业设计做的是重庆城市管理学院学生宿舍G栋工程商务标，其中包括投标函、投标报价和手工预算书。
该工程所在地位于重庆市沙坪坝区虎溪镇大学城，设计方为重庆大学建筑设计研究院，建设方为重庆科技学院。工程结构方面，基础采用人工挖孔桩基础，主体结构采用全现浇混凝土结构，主楼为剪力墙结构，裙楼为框架结构。结构安全等级为二级，抗震设防基本烈度为6度，工程类别为二类。
在本次设计中，主要依据为国家在建筑方面的相关法律法规和建设部的各项规范，除此之外还有重庆市的一些地方性文件以及重庆08相关定额的内容。采用了手工算量与软件算量相结合的形式进行工程量计算，如使用CAD进行导图以及用广联达钢筋抽样、图形算量和GBQ软件进行工程量计算、套定额等工作。
最后，通过这次毕业设计，我自己第一次亲手做了一次完整的土建预算，对其中的各种流程也有了深刻的印象。经过这次的锻炼，自己的手算能力有了很大的提高，能够自己独立完成一些基础的算量。另外就是广联达软件的操作方面，了解了如何导图以及楼梯、桩基础如何进行计算等知识，使自己的操作水平有了很大的提高。

ABSTRACT:The graduation project done Chongqing City Management College Student Dormitory Building G Engineering Business Standard, including tender letter, tender offer and hand-written estimate.
