摘要:本工程为重庆科技学院新校区（东区）A组团，该项目地处重庆市沙坪坝区大学城。重庆科技学院是该项目的建设单位，工程由中国重庆蜀益建筑设计院有限公司设计，施工图纸齐全。基础结构采用人工挖孔桩基础。
该工程设计规模：重庆科技学院新校区（东区）A组团，总建筑面积5606.02平方米。使用性质及建筑类别：5层公共建筑，结构类型为框架结构，抗震设防烈度六度。耐火等级二级，使用年限50年。本工程拟定工期为186个日历天。
设计依据：建筑工程设计合同和甲方提供的设计任务书；重庆市沙坪坝区建设委员会对初步设计批复，重庆市公安局消防局对初步设计已批复，重庆市沙坪坝区市政管理委员会对初步设计已批复，重庆市沙坪坝区防雷中心会初步设计已批复。
由于该工程工期较紧，为使工程尽早安全完工。我方一旦中标，全面调度公司的人、财、物，积极推广应用新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备，严格按照ISO9002质量体系运行。贯彻施工技术规范、操作规程，实施全面质量管理。精心组织、科学管理，确保实现各项承诺目标。
