摘要:本工程为重庆科技学院新校区(东区)A组团,该项目地处重庆市沙坪坝区大学城。重庆科技学院是该项目的建设单位,工程由中国重庆蜀益建筑设计院有限公司设计,施工图纸齐全。基础结构采用人工挖孔桩基础。
该工程设计规模:重庆科技学院新校区(东区)A组团,总建筑面积5606.02平方米。使用性质及建筑类别:5层公共建筑,结构类型为框架结构,抗震设防烈度六度。耐火等级二级,使用年限50年。本工程拟定工期为186个日历天。
设计依据:建筑工程设计合同和甲方提供的设计任务书;重庆市沙坪坝区建设委员会对初步设计批复,重庆市公安局消防局对初步设计已批复,重庆市沙坪坝区市政管理委员会对初步设计已批复,重庆市沙坪坝区防雷中心会初步设计已批复。
由于该工程工期较紧,为使工程尽早安全完工。我方一旦中标,全面调度公司的人、财、物,积极推广应用新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备,严格按照ISO9002质量体系运行。贯彻施工技术规范、操作规程,实施全面质量管理。精心组织、科学管理,确保实现各项承诺目标。
