摘要:本文主要对快消品行业销售人员工作压力问题进行研究,围绕当前工作压力状况、工作压力源以及当前工作压力应对措施三方面进行调查,然后运用回归分析、李克特五点分析法以及比重分析法找出工作压力源并进一步给出应用对策建议。研究结果显示快消品行业销售人员压力比较大的占到61.25%,工作压力一般的情况下销售人员就会出现焦虑、情绪低落、工作满意度低、工作效率低和某些部位疼痛的症状,其所占比例约为45%,工作压力主要来自经济环境、晋升的不确定性、工作超负荷。快消品行业销售人员工作压力的缓解需要组织、自身的共同努力。从组织角度来看:一、合理安排工作负荷,明确工作职责;二、畅通沟通渠道,加强组织内部的建设性沟通;三、增加员工组织支持感,加强员工与公司的心理契约;四、提高自我效能与工作控制的匹配性;五、员工援助EAP项目引进;六、加强员工培训,鼓励员工自主学习;七、营造良好的组织氛围;八、做好基于工作压力的人才流失预警与预控管理。从个人方面来说:一学会自我沟通交流,与自己对话;二掌握科学的放松方法,缓解已经存在的压力;三增强自我控制的能力。

ABSTRACT:This paper focuses on Work stress of salesman in the FMCG industry ,including the current situation, Work stress source and the current response measures . Then analyze the date with Likert-5 and Regression Analysis, to find work stress source and to identify further application of countermeasures. The results show that the FMCG industry salesman accounted for a relatively large pressure 61.25%, the Work stress is generally the case of salesman will be anxiety, depression, low job satisfaction, low efficiency, and certain parts of the pain symptoms, the proportion of about 45%, operating pressures from economic environment, promotion of uncertainty, work overload. FMCG industry salesman need to organize relief work stress, their joint efforts. From an organizational point of view: a, reasonable arrangements for the workload, clear job responsibilities; Second, the smooth communication channels to enhance constructive communication within the organization; Third, increase the perceived organizational support and
strengthen the company's employees and the psychological contract; Fourth, improve self-efficacy and job control matching; V. Employee Assistance EAP project introduction; six, enhance staff training, encourage employees to independent learning; seven, to create a good atmosphere of the organization; eight, good working pressure based early warning and pre-control brain drain management. Individual terms: one learn self-communication, dialogue with myself; two master scientific way to relax, relieve existing pressures; three enhanced self-control.
