摘要:随着经济的飞速发展、社会转型加剧,心理资本关注开发人的积极能量和潜能,已成为人力资源管理的新取向。员工心理资本开发对提高主观幸福感、提升工作满意度、开发利组织行为、实现组织承诺存在积极影响,是企业保持持久竞争力的关键要素之一。本文立足人力资源管理视角,从自我效能感、希望与乐观、坚韧性、宽恕与感恩层面提出员工心理资本开发策略,服务于人力资源管理实践。

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy and social transformation, psychological capital developed positive energy and potential, has become a new orientation of human resource management. Employees' psychological capital development has a positive impact on employees' subjective well-being, job satisfaction, organizational behavior and organizational commitment, it is still one of the key elements of enterprise sustained competition . In this paper, we are from the perspective of human resource management, on the basis of the self-efficacy, hope and optimism, toughness, forgiveness and gratitude, employees' psychological capital development strategy is proposed to serve human resource management practice.
