摘要：随着信息技术和远程教育的发展，教师与学生、学生与学生之间网络交流越来越多。在教学过程中教师通常会尝试各种远程聊天交流工具，但是各种聊天工具都各有优缺不能完全满足教育工作者的教学需求。而电子白板支持网络用户使用图形化交流，能有效弥补远程教育的各种不足。
本文在对电子白板的发展现状分析和实现即时通讯的基础上，从实际出发，重点对电子白板的基本菜单功能和网络实时交流功能的实现进行分析。另外对图形信息序列化的不同方式进行了比较分析，最终采取基于XML的序列化机制。最后使用Visual Studio制作了一个简单的基于P2P的电子白板，该电子白板允许2个人通过IP地址连接进行点对点的通信。

Abstract：Along with the information technology and the development of distance education, with the increasing number of teachers and students use network communication. Teachers in the teaching process will usually try a variety of long-distance chatting tools, but each kind of those tools respectively to have lacks superiorly that cannot meet educator's teaching needs completely. But，the electronic whiteboard can facilitate the network user easily communicate graphically , which can make up each kind of insufficiency to the distance learning effectively .
In the basis of analyzes the development status of the whiteboard and instant communication writing this paper. For reality, key realizes to the basic menu function and the network real-time exchange function of the whiteboard. In addition, carried on the comparative analysis to the graphic information serializing different way, and finally based on the serializing mechanism. Finally used Visual Studio to finish a simply P2P-based whiteboard, this allows two users to carry on the point-to-point correspondence personally through the IP address of connection.
