摘要：2008年《中国教育信息化》期刊公布了“中国省级教育信息网站排行榜”，其思路是，利用Alexa搜索引擎的网站排名功能（实质是按照每个特定网站的被访问量进行排名），获取中国省级教育信息网站的排名结果。本文选择Google搜索引擎工具，运用网络计量学中的链接分析方法和网络影响因子测度方法，对31个我国省级教育信息网站的影响力进行了评价；再与其Alexa排名进行相关分析，从而比较这两种量化指标的相关性，并得出结论。

Abstract：China education infomationization journal published "the Chinese provincial education information website list"in 2008.The idea is to use website ranking function of search engine Alexa(essence is according to the traffic through each particular website ranking),obtaining the ranking results of the education information website of Chinese provincial. The page evaluates thirty-one provincial education information websites choosing the search engine : Google and using hyperlink analysis method and web impact factor measurement in the webometrics.Alexa rankings with again,correlation analysis and comparing these two kind of quantitative index of relevancy.

在研究对象上，有大学网站、省级政府信息网站、大学图书馆网站、企业信息网站等，对教育资源信息网站的研究尚未见到；在研究方法上，采用链接分析方法，结合网站总链接数、内链接数、外链接数、总网页数以及网络影响因子指标进行相关分析，并通过同其他信息化水平综合指数或者评价标准及评分指标间进行对比；研究工具上多选择Google、Alltheweb和Altavista搜索引擎；研究指标上多选择网站总链接数、内链接数、外链接数、网页数以及网络影响因子；在研究结果上主要在发现网站建设质量及网站影响力评价方面的重要指标并对它们进行综合对比研究与合理评价以及它们在网站评价方面的应用效能。
