摘要：在远程教育中，尽管各单位十分重视学习资源的建设、教学支持服务体系的完善，但是学习者的学习绩效并不像这些资源建设一样有长足的进展。注重网络课程学习者的学习绩效，对于广大的教育工作者而言，是一个值得探讨的问题。
本研究在相关概念的界定、文献综述的基础上，以“行为工程矩阵”和“绩效金字塔”两个模型为蓝本，从微观角度出发，得出了影响网络课程学习绩效因素的模型，并对模型进行了实证研究来验证其有效性。实证研究采用问卷的方法，调查的对象是在沪江和新东方两大语言类网校上注册的学生。研究表明，影响网络课程学习者的学习绩效因素主要有网络课程的学习资源和课程设计、学习者的学习方式以及网络教学的互动反馈。

Abstract：In the Distance education,each department attaches great importance to learning resource construction, teaching support service system consummation,but learners' learning performance doesn't like these resources construction are as significant progress.The large education workers is necessary to pay more attention to the network course of learning performance problems.
This study ,on the basis of related concept definition,Literature review ,by "Behavior engineering model" and "Performance Pyramid" for version,from microcosmic angle,concludes the model of influence factors of network course learning performance,and an empirical study of model to verify its effectiveness.The empirical research uses questionnaire,investigation object is the registered students from hujiang and new oriental.Research shows that influence the learners' network course learning performance factors are network course of study resources and course design, learners' learning methods and network teaching interaction feedback.

本文搜集整理的资料表明，尽管各单位十分重视学习资源建设、教学支持服务体系的完善，但是学习者的学习绩效并不像这些资源建设一样有长足的进展。在现实中常见到的情况是，学习者容易在网上冲浪，在其好奇心的驱动下漫无目的地浏览或闲聊，面对丰富的资源不知如何筛选和利用，在网络学习中不会提问也不关注别人的问题，这些情况造成了学习绩效的低下，也充分反映了目前远程教育所存在的某些问题。这一现状应引起教育学家，特别是远程教育技术专家的重视，注重网络课程的学习绩效，对于广大的教育工作者而言，是一个值得探讨的问题。
