摘要:随着精英教育向大众化教育的发展，国家已迎来了高校扩招后大学生的就业高峰期，就业形势非常严峻，这对毕业生就业工作无疑是巨大的挑战。同时，大学生找到的工作待遇很低，无法满足大学生的需求。面对如此严峻的就业形势，学生自主创业将成为重要的就业形式，更多的大学生选择自主创业解决就业问题。本文通过纪录片讲述大学毕业生—李婷自主创业的过程。
纪录片是运用新闻镜头客观真实地记录社会生活发展变化，反映生活的原生态，具有真实性和纪实性的特点。纪录片是以影像媒介的纪实方式，在多视野的文化价值坐标中寻求立足点，对社会环境、自然环境与人的生存关系进行观察和描述，以实现对人的生存意义的探寻和关怀的文体形式。
本片通过对李婷毕业前夕关于就业的思考，就业的选择，创业过程中的困难与艰辛，李婷对自己创业的感受及对她对师弟师妹的建议的讲述，来向我们展示一名普通毕业生的创业之旅。
