Abstract: Anchored instruction strategy based on constructivism theory has been widely applied to the middle school English, geography, biology and so on, and achieved very good results. However, it is less to be applied to information technology subjects, especially its teaching research in junior high school .While the informed research all give priority to theoretic exploration. In this paper, the action research and the method of comparison will be made use of to observe the class reflect between the anchored instruction strategy and the traditional teaching strategy. Then the record of the class observation table will be compared and analyzed so as to test the teaching effect that anchored instruction strategy is applied to information technology in junior high school . According to the shortcomings of the teaching practice, corresponding improvement suggestions will be given..
