摘要:当今社会正步入新科技时代,随着终身教育思潮影响范围的不断扩大和新课程改革的不断深化,社会对教师这个职业提出了更高的要求,人们对教师的期望也越来越高。但就目前来看,教师学习的整体状况不是特别理想,尚有提高的空间。

   本文在梳理教师学习已有的研究成果的基础上,对我国东部城市——江苏省徐州市的一定样本的小学教师学习现状进行调查。调查结果显示当下教师学习的动机以内部动机为主,外部因素激励为辅,具有一定的积极主动性,但是鉴于教师学习时间不足、学习资源不丰富、资源利用率不高、学习氛围不浓厚等原因,本次调查中呈现出了小学教师学习不容乐观的现状。依据现状背后的成因和对成因的分析,对我国小学教师的教育和培养提出了:丰富小学教师学习资源,提高资源利用率;扩展学习内容,选择适合自己的学习方式;保障小学教师充足的学习时间,处理好各方面的关系;为小学教师营造良好的学习氛围,鼓励与同伴交流分享等建议,以促进我国小学教师教育实践的完善,丰富我国小学教师学习的理论,为提高我国小学教师学习质量尽绵薄之力。

   论文的主体主要由五个部分组成:

   第一部分是在已掌握的研究资料的前提下提出研究的目的及意义,并阐述了研究的内容及方法。

   第二部分对研究中的相关概念进行界定。

   第三部分是对问卷调查和访谈调查结果的分析和总结。

   第四部分是针对调查的结果提出相应的解决策略。

   第五部分为结论。

Abstract:Today's society is entering a new area of science and technology, the development of the times, unceasingly expanding scope of lifelong education ideological trend influence and deeping new curriculum reform continued,teachers as “teacher” ,time and people put higher forward to teachers.But for now the overall situation of teachers’ learning is not very well.Still has spase to improve.

    This article is trying to comb the teacher learning, on the basis of existing research results, combined with our country east of xuzhou city, jiangsu province must study samples of primary school teachers present situation investigation, the results show that the present teacher of learning motivation is given priority to with internal motivation, external motivation factors, has a certain positive initiative, but given the insufficient teachers learning time, learning not rich resources, resource utilization is not high, learning atmosphere is not strong, the survey of the present situation of the study revealed a primary school teachers is not optimistic. The culprit behind based on the present situation of primary school teachers' education and training in our country is put forward: a primary school teacher rich learning resources, improve resource utilization; Extend the learning content, choose suitable for their own learning styles; Safeguard elementary school teacher enough study time, deal with all aspects of the relationship; For elementary school teachers create a good learning atmosphere, encourage sharing with your partners and so on, in order to promote the perfection of a primary school teacher education practice in our country, rich theory of elementary school teachers' learning in our country, in order to improve the primary school teachers to contribute quality study.
