【摘要】本文以《论语》、《孟子》、《荀子》为原始参考材料，分析整理出先秦儒家孔子、孟子、荀子的师德观的主要内容，进而比较分析三位先秦儒家大师师德观的异同，并在此分析的基础上，针对目前师德建设中存在的问题，结合先秦儒家师德观，取其精华的部分继承和发扬，提出对我国当今现代师德建设的一些启示。

Abstract: Based on the" Analects of Confucius"," Mencius"," Xunzi" to the original reference materials, analysis of Pre-Qin Confucian Confucius, Mencius sorted out, Xunzi's moral view of the content and features, a comparative analysis of three Confucian master morality concept similarities and differences. And on the basis of the analysis, in view of the current problems existing in the construction of teachers' morality, takes its essence part to inherit and carry forward, proposed to our country modern moral construction some enlightenment.

问题的提出
“学为人师，行为世范”，教师是“人类灵魂的工程师”，其所从事的是以灵魂塑造灵魂的工作。教师的职业道德是教师职业的核心，亦是其专业发展的灵魂所在，是教师发展之魂。它是教师在教学、教育工作，处理各种关系时应遵循的道德准则和行为规范，以及在此基础上所表现出来的观念意识和行为品质。教师作为素质教育的主体，就是用自己的才德、学识、言传和身教去启迪、感化、熏陶和塑造学生的心灵。教师的师德如何，对学生的成长和发展有着巨大的影响。为此研究优秀的师德传统即先秦儒家孔孟荀师德观，有着深刻的理论意义和实践意义。
