[摘要] 小组合作学习作为新型的学习方式,在教学中被广泛采用,由于学生层次的差异性,因而在教学中应注意操作策略的采用。本研究试图通过观察后进生在小学数学课堂上,开展小组合作学习时,后进生在此过程中的一系列行为以及访谈后进生对小组合作学习的看法和感受。并从合作学习小组、学习任务、教师引导方式,3个维度进行解释。笔者希望能从多维的角度来探究造成后进生的行为以及内心感受原因分析,并提出一些建议,以便让后进生也能在合作学习中获得学习的喜悦,提高小组合作学习的效率。

[Abstract] As a new learning style, cooperative group learning is widely used in teaching. Because of the diversity of students’ level, much attention should be paid to the strategies of adoption during the teaching. This study attempts to, through the observation of a series of behavior of backward students in the cooperative learning of primary school Mathematics classroom teaching and the interviews with backward students on their opinions and feelings of cooperative group learning, interpret them from 3 dimensions of cooperative learning groups, learning tasks and the guiding ways of teachers. The author hopes to explore the reasons for the behavior and feelings of the backward students from multi-dimensional perspectives and put forward some suggestions, so that they can obtain the joy of study and improve the efficiency in cooperative group learning.
