摘  要:课程改革和全面推进素质教育要求:教育要着眼于未来,要以学生为中心,要关注每个学生潜能的开发、个性的发展。营养餐的实施,坚持的就是以人为本,落实科学发展观的具体体现,是维护社会公平,构建社会主义和谐社会的重要举措,是提高民族素质,建设人力资源强国的重要举措[1]。本文通过编写小学生营养餐问卷并选择会泽县矿山二小学生作为调查对象,对营养餐的实施情况进行调查了解,通过调查研究得出:小学生营养餐计划虽已在全国范围内广泛实施,但还存在一些不足之处,农村小学条件差,无法提供健全、完善的就餐场所;营养知识匮乏,部分食物营养搭配不科学;学校管理不够规范,欠缺监管机制;学生卫生习惯差等。应加强学校管理,不断提高营养餐质量,并采取必要的干预措施,保证学生每天获得足够均衡的营养素,以促进学生的健康成长。

ABSTRACT:Curriculum reform and promoting quality education requirement: education must focus on future, to students as the centre, pay attention to the development of each student's potential and personality development. Implementation of feeding, adhere to is people-oriented, concrete manifestation of implementing the concept of scientific development is to uphold social justice, important initiatives to construct a harmonious socialist society is to enhance national quality, important initiatives for human resource powerhouse. In this paper, the questionnaire and nutritious meals prepared by students choosing a college internship schools for the survey on the implementation of nutritious meals for investigation, obtained through research: Although our primary plan nutritious meals widely implemented across the country, but there are still some shortcomings, rural primary conditions are poor, can not provide a sound and healthy places to eat; Lack of nutritional knowledge, some food nutrition unscientific; School management are not standardized, the lack of regulatory mechanisms; students have poor health habits and soon. School management should be strengthened and continuously improve the nutritional quality of meals, and take the necessary interventions to ensure that students get enough daily balance of nutrients to promote healthy growth of students.
