摘要:本次试验取鸡场两个大棚,分别口服0cfu(C)、109cfu(E)的含有抑制素真核表达质粒pcISI菌落,每次免疫前2h内停水,间隔4周后以相同剂量免疫一次。观察产蛋量的变化,并进行鸡蛋品质的测定。发现实验组E组产蛋量显著高于对照组C组,且鸡蛋品质差异不显著。为抑制素基因疫苗在蛋鸡上的大规模推广应用提供试验依据。

Abstract:The experiment selects two hen ground. Each hen ingests Dcfu(C), 109cfu(E2), which contains Inhibin Plasmid(pc) colony. Every experiment would suspend water supply 2 hours before immunalization, with every 4 weeks. After the experiement, the executor would observe the laying eggs’ changes, to assay its quality. The result showed that the amount of eggs in groups E extremely increased. No significant difference was detected in egg quality between E group and the control group. These results offered some experimental proofs for developing Large-scale application.

近年来,人们利用各种来源的抑制素或人工合成的抑制素片段为免疫原主动或被动免疫雌性动物,均不同程度的提高排卵数和产仔数。王进荣等利用化学合成的人抑制素α(1-26)与血蓝蛋白(KLH)偶联主动免疫产蛋率低的地方鸡种三黄母鸡,结果免疫母鸡均产生了抑制素抗体,免疫促进了大白泡和小白泡的发育,免疫组产蛋率和小卵泡的数量显著高于对照组;于迎春等利用基因工程的途径制备的鸡抑制素α亚基的重组融合蛋白对产蛋性能较低的粤黄鸡进行免疫,结果首次免疫免疫组鸡血浆抑制素抗体持续且极显著地高于对照组,产蛋率在第二次免疫后明显高于对照组。崔先利用抑制素质粒pcISI免疫南阳黄牛,试验组优势卵泡数目与对照组相比显著提高。
本试验采用含有双拷贝抑制素a(1-32)基因与乙肝表面抗原基因构建的抑制素融合表达质粒pcISI的沙门氏菌菌落给跑山鸡口服,旨在了解抑制素DNA免疫对大规模跑山鸡鸡群的产蛋性能的影响,为抑制素基因疫苗在大规模蛋鸡上的推广应用提供试验依据。
