摘要:为了研究高浓度乳化液废水处理工艺,运用盐析法破乳处理COD平均为60500mg/L,色度为32000倍,BOD平均为33300 mg/L的高浓度乳化液废水,通过试验研究表明,在水温43 ℃、Al2(SO4)3投加量为3g/L、反应时间为30min的条件下,COD的去除率可达95.6%,BOD的去除率可达97.3%,色度的去除率为98.8%;Al2(SO4)3破乳原理是通过Al2(SO4)3在水溶液中水解生成多羟基聚合物,利用其所带电荷和多羟基配位体, 可以对带负电的细小油珠进行电中和、压缩扩散双电层等作用, 达到破乳的目的。但加入量过多时, 因其本身带有多余电荷造成同性电荷排斥作用, 引起油粒的重新分散、悬浮而达不到破乳目的。

Abstract:In order to study the high concentration emulsion waste water treatment process, application of salting-out emulsion-breaking treatment COD was 60500mg / L, chroma is 32000 times, average BOD of 33300 mg / L high concentration emulsion waste water, through the experiment shows that the water temperature of 43 DEG C, in, Al2(SO4)3dosage is 3g/ L, reaction time of 30min condition, the removal rate of COD is 95.6%, BOD removal rate can reach 97.3%, color removal rate was 98.8%; Al2(SO4)3emulsion breaking principle is through the Al2(SO4)3 hydrolysis in aqueous solution to generate polyhydroxy polymers, using its charge and polyhydroxy ligand, the negatively charged fine oil beads were electrically neutralized, compressing the diffuse electric double layer effect, achieve the purpose of breaking.But adding too much, because of its itself with extra charge to cause the same charge repulsion, cause oil particles dispersed again, suspended and can not reach the purpose of breaking.
