摘要:近年来大学生人际交往状况得到广泛关注,国内相应的研究越来越多,而国内外学者对于认知风格早有研究。本研究对大学生认知风格与人际交往风格的相关关系进行了研究。针对南京师范大学的200名大学生采用镶嵌图形测验(GEFT)测量“场独立型—场依存型”认知风格,采用自编问卷测量大学生人际交往风格。经过因素分析将人际交往风格问卷分为人际保持、人际判断、交往倾向三个维度,运用SPSS软件进行相关分析,研究GEFT分数与三个维度之间的相关。结果表明场独立型—场依存型认知风格与人际交往风格三个维度不存在显著相关关系。GEFT分数在性别、专业、年级因素上不存在显著差异。

Abstract:In recent years, college students' interpersonal state gets extensive concern, and corresponding research in the domestic is more and more. Domestic and foreign scholars have did research about cognitive style in early . This research is about the correlation of college students' cognitive style and their interpersonal interaction style. Two hundreds nanjing normal university students participated in this study.The research adopts Group Embedded Figures Test (GEFT) measurement test the cognitive style of field independent and field dependent, and test the college students’ interpersonal interaction style by the self-made questionnaire. After factor analysis the items of interpersonal interaction style questionnaire divided into interpersonal keep, interpersonal judgments and interpersonal communication tendency three dimensions, and using the software of SPSS analyse the correlation between GEFT scores and the three dimensions.The results showed that the correlation between field independent ,field dependent cognitive style and three dimensions of interpersonal interaction style questionnaire have no significant correlation. GEFT scores in sex, professional, grade factors do not exist significant differences on.

场独立—场依存认知风格与人际交往风格三个维度“人际保持”、“人际判断”、“交往倾向”之间相关关系不显著;三个维度之间无显著相关关系。镶嵌图形测验(GEFT)所测量出的场独立—场依存认知风格不存在性别差异,并且在大学生中专业、年级因素并不对其产生显著影响。自编人际交往风格问卷信度不高,因素分析结果还不够完美,因此需要对问卷进行后续修订。
虽然本研究得出的场独立—场依存认知风格与人际交往风格之间不存在显著相关关系,但对二者还可以进行更为深入的研究,在工具选择、工具标准化上进一步完善。
