摘要:社团文化是高校德育的重要载体之一，是德育渗透的重要渠道，是连接校园和社会的桥梁。随着高校教育的改革和发展，学生社团发挥着越来越大的德育功能。社团文化具有极高的德育功能，其主要表现为：实践锻炼功能、价值导向功能、心理教育功能、陶冶情感功能。笔者根据XX学院的社团文化状况、本人的社团实践经验和结合其他高校社团文化建设经验，对XX学院社团文化的德育功能进行了探析。通过分析本校社团文化的德育功能及存在的德育功能弱化倾向，提出一些强化社团文化德育功能的途径，以充分发挥我校社团文化的德育功能。

ABSTRACT:Societies culture is an important carrier of one of the College Moral Education is an important channel for moral infiltration, is a bridge connecting the campus and the community. With the reform and development of higher education, student organizations play an increasing function of moral education. The Societies culture has a very high moral function, its mainly as follows: the practice and training function, value-oriented function, psycho-educational function, cultivate emotional function. I According to Honghe University community and cultural conditions, I Societies practical experience and combined with other universities, societies cultural construction experience of Honghe University community and cultural moral education function. Through the analysis of the moral education of the school society culture functions and the existence of moral weakening tendency to put forward a number of ways to strengthen the moral function of Societies culture, to give full play to the moral education function of the culture of school associations.

“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”，XX学院社团文化的德育功能建设是一项长期的工作，在以后的工作中还有很多问题出现和等待解决，这需要客观的去面对，在实践发展中不断完善。社团文化是高校德育和思想政治教育的重要载体，更多的是以第二课堂的形式出现，潜移默化的发挥着育人的功能。社团活动则为形式提供了一个展示自我、锻炼自我的广阔舞台，成为校园与社会的桥梁，将理论转化为现实的纽带，在实践中磨练自己、完善自己。
总之，我校的社团文化建设要在继承与创新中发展，需要不断的改革与完善。往往理论与现实还有一段很长的距离，而实践是拉近距离最好的利器，是认识的归宿。大学生需要社团这一中介，将理论转变为现实，到实践中去磨练、检验，在反复的认知和实践中认识自己、认识社会、完善自我。这样，我校社团文化的德育功能才会得到进一步的强化与渗透。
