【摘要】  本文主要研究的是新城区小学的家校合作,借助于国内外有关家校合作的研究和经验,以家庭教育和学校教育的相关研究理论为基础,通过大量的问卷调查,探讨位于新建城区宿豫区的张家港实验小学家校合作的现状,分析其存在的问题,并给出自己的建议。通过调查分析,笔者发现,宿豫张家港实验小学的家校合作存在一定的问题,如工作体系的不完整、不规范,家校合作存在很大的随意性。学校自身对家校合作工作的认识过于感性,缺乏必要的理论研究,此外学校在家校合作中对于家长参与的权利和义务没有明确的认识,对于家长如何参与、参与程度、参与到何种领域也缺乏研究和思考,从而阻碍了家长参与学校教育以及教师与家长合作的积极性,阻碍了各方齐心协力形成教育合力。从家长层面看,家长对家校合作的强烈的需求与现实生活中家长与学校目前的一种合作状态不满足,这对矛盾的形成,也就导致了其参与学校活动的不积极性。在文章的最后笔者针对所发现的问题,从教育行政部门、学校、家庭三方不同的角度,提出不同的的建议,从而促进新城区家校合作的建设。

【Abstract】  This paper mainly studies the parent-school cooperative is new, by domestic and foreign relevant parent-school cooperative research and experience, education and school education as a family of related research theory as a foundation, through a lot of questionnaire survey, this paper discusses the new city located in zhang jia gang experiment elementary school Su Yu the home-school co-operation, the status quo and existing problems, and give Suggestions. Through the investigation and analysis, the author discovered that Su Yu zhang jia gang experiment elementary school parent-school cooperative work system is incomplete, is not standard, parent-school cooperative exist great respect. Home school oneself school cooperation work understanding too sentimental, lack of necessary theoretical research, in addition the school at home for parents to participate in school cooperation in the rights and obligations without clear understanding, for parents how to participation, level of participation, participate in what fields also lack research and thinking, thereby hampering parents to participate in school education and the enthusiasm of teachers and parents cooperation, which hampered the parties together form education together. At the end of the article, the author found problems, this paper puts forward education administrative department, about the school, the family tripartite, so as to promote the new Suggestions of construction, the home-school co-operation
