摘要:21世纪是知识经济的时代，知识经济的显著特征就是知识创新，而创新意识是创新的前提和关键。但是在低年级数学教学中，学生创新意识的培养仍存在一些问题。本研究主要通过文献分析创新意识概念、特点，寻求创新意识培养的理论基础和基本原则。接着以课例为基础进行分析，总结出四种培养方法：营造和谐的教学氛围、创设有趣的问题情境、提供动手操作的机会、鼓励学生大胆的质疑。

Abstract:21st century is a century of knowledge economy. The most distinct character of knowledge economy is knowledge innovation. Innovative ideology is the most important; it is also the basis of innovation. There are still some problems in cultivating students’ innovation ideology in Math class. This research focuses on finding out the theoretic basis and the basic principles of innovation ideology by analyzing the bibliographies. By analysising the case of classroom teaching, this research summarizes four methods as follows: Build the harmonious teaching atmosphere、Establish the interesting question situation、Provide an opportunity to operate、Encourage students’ bold question .

创新意识是创新的前提和关键，是人们进行创新活动的出发点和内在动力，是创新素质的基础。所以说学生创新意识的培养，就是发挥学生的主体作用，发挥他们的主观能动性，使他们在学习的过程中表现出较多的探索精神以及强烈的求知欲。学生创新意识的培养，有利于提高学生的数学素养，优化学生的思维方式，增强学生有效地分析和解决问题的能力，帮助学生更好地认识自然和人类社会，形成科学的世界观和实事求是的态度以及勇于探索创新的精神。小学数学教学是培养学生创新意识的一个重要途径。而学生创新意识的培养也是小学数学教学的一个任务，也有利于提高小学数学教学质量。小学数学教学和学生创新意识的培养是一个不可分割的整体，都是为了促进学生素质的提高。
