【摘要】校本课程开发是当前基础教育研究的热点问题,是我国基础教育课程改革的重要内容。校本课程开发有利于实现学校教育目标、创建办学特色、改进学校课程和促进教学民主化,使学生个性得到充分发展,并促进教师的专业成长。本次研究通过问卷调查、实地访谈等方法对南京市上元小学曾开设的羽毛球校本课程实施进行了研究，并从研究结果、现存问题、形成原因等方面对阳光羽毛球校本课程进行分析。

【Abstract】School-based curriculum is an important part of China's basic education curriculum structure, create the school-based curriculum development is helpful to achieve the primary school curriculum structure optimization. The goal of education and school characteristics, but also has the professional growth and development for primary school teachers. In this paper, on the basis of literature study, with the methods of questionnaire, investigation and interview, try to implement the present situation of Nanjing City Shangyuan primary school badminton school-based curriculum of the field investigation, the specific analysis and from the result of the study, the existing problems and cause, thought that the development of school-based curriculum in primary school and the implementation provide enlightenment.

问题的提出
校本课程是以学校为本位，由校长、教师、课程专家、学生、家长以及社区人员等在对地方、学校和学生的需求进行评估的基础上，充分利用当地社会和学校的资源，进而开发出的课程。校本课程与国家课程以及地方课程相并列，是对国家课程和地方课程的重要补充，是国家和地方课程计划中不可缺少的重要组成部分。
现在的学校多半都会开发一门符合自己学校实情的校本课程。然而，作为一名准教师，笔者之前在小学里实习见习时发现，虽然各个小学里面都或多或少的开发了各种校本课程，但是，却多多少少没有得到彻底有效的实施。而笔者在与小学生交往的过程中，也能感受到学生对于校方开设的校本课程的喜爱以及对于有时校本课程被其他课程占用的不满。
现在，对于校本课程实施的研究并不多。如果通过研究，可以明确校本课程在小学实施的现状，并在此基础上找到校本课程实施时所存在的问题并对之进行归因，相信这对于今后校本课程开发实施有一定的帮助。而这些问题也是本次研究的重点。
