摘要:本实验用紫外可见分光光度计对蓝色发酵液进行光谱扫描,薄层层析法、纸层析法、高效液相色谱法分离产蓝色素发酵液中的蓝色素,得到两种组分, 蓝色素Ⅰ、蓝色素Ⅱ。通过小白鼠的急性毒性实验,发现此蓝色素无毒副作用,可应用于食品及其他工业生产中,是一种极具开发潜力的蓝色素源。

Abstract:In this study, Spectral scanning on blue fermentation broth using UV-VIS spectrophotometer,By thin layer chromatography, paper chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography separate the blue pigment in the fermentation broth, to get the two components of the blue pigment I, the blue pigment II. Mice acute toxicity test and found that the toxic side effects of this blue pigment, can be applied to the production of food and other industries, is a blue pigment source which is great potential for development.

本论文对从盐土中分离获得的一株产蓝色素细菌所产的蓝色素进行分离。通过液体发酵获得的粗品,利用薄层色谱、纸层析、高效液相色谱进行色素组分的分离纯化,得出蓝色素Ⅰ和蓝色素Ⅱ两种成分,为细菌生产蓝色素技术的研究提供基本信息。用昆明种小白鼠进行毒性实验,发现此蓝色素无毒副作用,可应用于食品及其他工业生产中,是一种极具开发潜力的蓝色素源。
