摘要：本文从常州市七个城区分别选取5所中小学进行电子教务管理系统应用的调研。通过对系统平台的开发者、功能模块、使用人员、维护情况、学校推进力度等方面开展问卷调查及采访，对获得数据进行统计分析。调查发现，在中小学电子教务管理系统虽已普遍应用，但存在系统平台不完善、软件功能单一、使用人员范围狭窄、自动化网络化程度不足、信息技术教师发挥作用有限等问题。对此提出了一些建议与解决方法，使之对实现中小学电子教务管理系统的开发与完善提供一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract：In this paper, 35 primary and middle schools from the seven regions of Changzhou were selected for the research about application of E-Administration Management System. Through areas such as the developers of E-Administration Management System, functional modules of the system, the person who used the system, maintenance conditions of the system and the efforts to promote by school leaders, I made questionnaires and interviews. On statistical analysis of data obtained to arrive at the application of E-Administration Management System in current situation. Although E-Administration Management System in primary and middle school widely used, there is imperfect system platform, the software features a single, narrow use of personnel, insufficient degree of automation network, information technology and limited the role of teachers. This author proposed some suggestions and solutions to enable the achievement of primary and middle school E-Administration Management System development and improvement to provide some reference.

随着网络应用技术的快速发展与成熟，我国各中小学校内部校园网已建立并日趋完善，学校各管理部门和授课教师的信息交流、信息共享的基础设施已基本具备，以全国高等院校的电子教务管理系统为榜样，中小学教务管理的信息化、电子化也开始逐步建立并完善。虽然现在中小学的电子教务管理模式与高校相比处于落后状态，但校园的信息化建设是当前中小学校发展的重要战略步骤，教务管理作为学校管理工作的重中之重，建立高效的电子教务管理系统是提高中小学教育管理水平的关键环节，教务信息处理的数字化、科学化、高效化是实现学校管理现代化和信息化的重要内容。
本课题旨在对常州市中小学电子教务管理系统应用进行现状调查，并分析出目前存在的一些问题，与设想的问题进行比对研究，提出自己的看法和观点，并希望能使电子教务管理系统能在实际应用中得到改善，从地区情况分析上对我国中小学电子教务管理系统的发展起到一定的积极作用。
