【摘要】：在当今社会的发展中，信息化教育占据了非常重要的地位。基于专题学习网站的学习模式成为广大教育工作者们积极探索的教学模式和方法。专题学习网站是在互联网环境下，以专题学习为主要目标，以学生的自主学习、协作学习、探究学习为主要特征的学习型网站，具有开放性、专题性、共享性等特点。本文研究了《平面设计》专题网站的设计理论和实现方法。在研究的过程中，进行了详尽的系统需求分析、总体设计及详细设计、系统测试等各个环节，开发了一个有一定实用价值的网络教学平台。

【Abstract】：In the development of today’s society ,information technology education occupies a very important position.Learning Website-based mode of learning to become the majority of educators who actively explore teaching models and methods.
